Turn Ice Cream into Muffins with Just One Extra IngredientS

If you want a yummy muffin but don't want to put in the effort of measuring and combining several ingredients, just grab a pint of vanilla ice cream and some self-rising flour.

All you have to do is soften 500ml (a bit more than a pint) of vanilla ice cream and combine it with 250g of self-rising flour to get your vanilla muffin batter. Then you just need to bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (Use a toothpick to insert into the muffins. If it comes out clean, they're done.) That's all there is to it. It may seem weird to turn ice cream into a bread product, but it contains milk, eggs, and sugar, so it has the ingredients you need in addition to flour. In addition to muffins, ice cream can also make a tasty sweet bread.
