iOS: All of us have a few things we know we should always do more often. Possibly it's something small like flossing as soon as a day, or possibly it's one thing larger like operating three times a week. Do One Thing tracks the habits you need to type and allows you to understand how you are doing.


Created by the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Do One Thing is a pretty unassuming app—its interface isn't exactly the prettiest, but its base functionality is simple and effective. Pick the habits you want to grow (remember, fewer is better!) and check them off when you accomplish them.


Do One Thing has a ton of example habits built-in you can add to your list, or you can make something up and tell it how often you want to do it. So, if you want to drink six glasses of water a day, let it know and give it a check for each glass you drink. It's a lot more motivating when you can see your progress.
